Welcome to Geniouscollections (Laiba Malik's Genious Collection).

By accessing or using geniouscollections.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. General

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

These terms apply to all customers in Pakistan.

2. Products and Pricing

We try to keep all product titles, photos, descriptions, and prices accurate. Errors can still occur.

We may:

  • Correct errors in prices or product details
  • Update information without prior notice
  • Cancel an order if the price or details were published incorrectly

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and do not include shipping unless stated.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method, including Cash on Delivery
  • Your order is subject to acceptance and stock availability

We may cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or an incomplete or unreachable address.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

COD: Payment is collected when the courier delivers your order. Please keep the exact amount ready. The amount due is the product total plus Rs. 199 shipping.

Prepaid orders: Payment is collected at checkout before dispatch.

An order is a request to purchase. We confirm it after review. For COD orders, dispatch does not require advance payment.

5. Shipping

A flat shipping charge of Rs. 199 applies to every order within Pakistan.

There is no free shipping.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3–7 working days, depending on your city.

Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, subject to our Refund Policy.

The Rs. 199 shipping charge is non-refundable, except when we sent the wrong item, the item arrived damaged or defective, or we cancelled the order.

If a COD order is refused, cancelled after dispatch, or returned because the customer was unavailable, shipping is not refunded.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide a correct name, mobile number, and full delivery address
  • Be available to receive the parcel or arrange an alternate receiver
  • Inspect the parcel on delivery where possible
  • Not misuse, copy, or scrape content from this website

Extra courier charges caused by a wrong or incomplete address are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and product listings — is the property of Geniouscollections or its suppliers.

You may not copy, reuse, or republish this content without our written permission.

9. Product Appearance

Product photos are for illustration. Colour, size, and finish may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturer batches.

If an item is materially different from what was described, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Geniouscollections is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or from delayed or failed delivery caused by couriers or events outside our control.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, including shipping where refundable under our policies.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
