Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Geniouscollections (Laiba Malik's Genious Collection).

This policy explains how we deliver orders placed at geniouscollections.com.

1. Shipping Rate

A flat shipping charge of Rs. 199 applies to every order within Pakistan.

There is no free shipping.

Rs. 199 is added at checkout and is the same regardless of order value, city, or number of items (unless a product listing states otherwise).

2. Delivery Area

We currently deliver across Pakistan.

We do not offer free shipping, local pickup, or international shipping at this time.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.

The amount collected on delivery is the product total plus Rs. 199 shipping.

Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after they are placed.
  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During sales or peak periods, processing may take a little longer.

5. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 3–7 working days, depending on your city.

These times are estimates. Delays can occur due to courier operations, weather, or other events outside our control.

6. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send a tracking number by WhatsApp, SMS, or email where available.

7. Shipping Address

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • Full name
  • Mobile number
  • House/street, area, city, and postal code (if available)

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or extra courier charges caused by an incomplete, incorrect, or unreachable address.

If the courier cannot reach you, they may attempt redelivery according to their own process. Additional courier fees, if any, are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Failed or Refused Delivery

If a COD order is refused, cancelled after dispatch, or returned because the customer was unavailable, shipping is non-refundable.

A new shipping charge of Rs. 199 will apply if the order is sent again.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date.

Please share your order number, photos of the parcel and product (if damaged), and the tracking number.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue. A replacement or refund will be offered where the damage or loss is confirmed and was not caused by misuse or an incorrect address.

10. Shipping Charges and Refunds

Shipping charges of Rs. 199 are non-refundable, except when:

  • We sent the wrong item
  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • We cancelled the order
