Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Items returned after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or damaged item).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work quickly to provide a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
